Search Queries
Anything you type into a search box on this site, whether a name or a date of birth, passes directly to the outside provider running that search. That company processes the query and returns the results. We do not keep or log what you entered.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, we hold on to the message so we can answer it. It stays with our team. We will not pass it to anyone outside our organization unless a legal obligation requires it.

No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, build, keep, or sell any database of warrants or personal warrant information. We publish general guidance about where Vermilion Parish warrant records are held, including the Fifteenth Judicial District Court, the Vermilion Parish Clerk of Court, the Sheriff's Office, and the city and mayor's courts that handle local matters. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing we collect about visitors is assembled into consumer reports or files about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
The search boxes on this site belong to outside companies. Whatever you enter there is handled under that partner's privacy policy rather than this one. Those companies decide their own retention and sharing rules, and we do not direct them. Read the partner's policy before you submit a search.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to sheriff's office pages, court sites, state statute pages, legal aid organizations, and outside search tools. Following any of those links takes you off this site, and their privacy policy then governs your visit. Read it before you share personal details.
Some advertising partners may follow your activity across sites in order to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.

We do not sell personal data. Limited information may reach:
